FOLKS WANTED TO BE REGARDED AS MODERN AND CIVILIZED . . .
BECAUSE  OUTHOUSE ON WHEELS  WAS A LOOSE FRANCHISE, 
MANAGERS OPERATED SUB-STANDARD VEHICLES . . .
Lack of walls and roof - a code violation.
EVENTUALLY PUBLIC INTEREST WANED, AND THE INDUSTRY COLLAPSED . . .
DUELING FOR HONOUR WAS IMPORTED FROM EUROPE TO THE WEST.
WE'VE ALL HEARD THE FAMOUS STORIES, AND WHO KNOWS HOW
MANY MORE THERE MIGHT BE . . .
THE OLD WEST'S  FAMOUS WOMEN ALL HAD NAMES LIKE
ANNIE TRAINWRECK AND DISASTEROUS DEEDEE . . .
THE STREETS OF LAREDO (THE COWBOY'S LAMENT) IS AN OLD WEST
SONG COVERED BY MANY RECORDING ARTISTS AND MUSICIANS . . .
